Home Staging Consultation

Up to one hour of visitation and a written proposal detailing our plan for staging your home. Once completed, clients are free to implement the plan on their own, or hire Neat Freak to help with all or part of the process. Consultations include the entire house.

Unpacking

You’re in your new home. The boxes have arrived. Where do you begin? Let us unpack for you … a space, a room, the entire house. We will minimize your stress and maximize your comfort.

The boxes are unpacked but you’re still stressed. Where does everything go? We will make your transition as seamless as possible by organizing everything from the smallest drawer to the largest room.

Downsizing

Over the years you’ve accumulated a lot of stuff, but now it’s time to simplify. Working with you, we will help go through your belongings and decide what to keep, what to sell, and what to give away.

Home Staging Consultation Flat Fee $150

Prices start at $65/hour
